Obstacles & Flow

This series reflects how I view life. My panels are grided, then texture “obstacles” are laid down with pattern and intention. They are at times beautiful or dark and sharp. They can be large or small. I pick my colors with thoughtfulness and care. Then after the long process of planning and gauging a random act is performed where I surrender all my planning to chance. The results are like postcards from a journey, a reminder to enjoy it all, the obstacles and the flow.
