Protecting the Seeds

Statement from installation in show called Echoes: Women Inspired by Nature, 2007

"Humankind has polluted the waters, poisoned the land and filled the air with toxins. We have been patient with ignorance. We have stood silent with restraint but too much has been lost and now we must protect the seeds. We must grow fierce with conviction. Mutate into barbed crones and maintain what little is left. Like a sisterhood we must come together and hold firm. Humankind has polluted the waters, poisoned the land and filled the air with toxins. We have been patient with ignorance. We have stood silent with restraint but too much has been lost and now we must protect the seeds. We must grow fierce with conviction. Mutate into barbed crones and maintain what little is left. Like a sisterhood we must come together and hold firm".
